Why are people protesting in America?

Because they are angry and frustrated. They are tired of being treated as second-class citizens. They are tired of being harassed by the police. They are tired of being viewed with suspicion. They are tired of being arrested and sent to prison disproportionately. They are tired of being killed by the police. They are tired of not being able to afford good housing. They are tired of not being able to afford good education. They are tired of not being able to afford good healthcare. They are tired of not being able to afford all of the nice things that other people have. They have reached the limit of their patience. American people need to have a serious discussion as a nation about social and economic injustice, about racial discrimination, and about how to move forward as a nation in a way that benefits ALL of its citizens.
